Chapter 322 - Use of State Lands
NRS 322.0034 - "Boat-fueling facility" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 322.0034 (2021)
"Boat-fueling facility" means a pump or similar device used for transferring fuel to vessels on a navigable body of water.
