Chapter 32 - Receivers
NRS 32.255 - Power of court.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 32.255 (2021)
The court that appoints a receiver under NRS 32.100 to 32.370, inclusive, has exclusive jurisdiction to direct the receiver and determine any controversy related to the receivership or receivership property.
