Chapter 31A - Enforcement of Obligations for Support of Children
NRS 31A.110 - Collection of obligation for support of spouse or former spouse in conjunction with support for child.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31A.110 (2021)
The enforcing authority may, pursuant to NRS 31A.025 to 31A.190, inclusive, collect, by withholding, an obligation for the support of a spouse or a former spouse under a valid order of a court, if the enforcing authority is also collecting support for a child of that spouse or former spouse from the same obligor and the child resides with the spouse or former spouse for whom the obligation of support is being collected.
