Chapter 318 - General Improvement Districts
NRS 318.5126 - Sale not in compliance with requirements is void.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 318.5126 (2021)
Any sale of real property of a district that does not comply with the provisions of NRS 318.512 to 318.5126, inclusive, is void.
