Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.330 - Advocating overthrow of government cause for dismissal of public employee.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.330 (2021)
It shall be sufficient cause for the dismissal of any public employee when such public employee advocates or is a member of an organization which advocates overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State by force, violence or other unlawful means.
