Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.280 - Officer refusing to receive or arrest person charged with criminal offense: Penalties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.280 (2021)
If any officer shall willfully refuse to receive or arrest any person charged with a criminal offense, such officer is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall be removed from office.
