Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.174 - Payment for amount in excess of advance.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.174 (2021)
Upon the return of the officer or employee, the officer or employee is entitled to receive any authorized expenses in excess of the amount advanced.
