Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.1574 - Commission to Review Compensation: Quorum; vote required to approve recommendations regarding compensation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.1574 (2021)
A majority of the members of the Commission constitutes a quorum to transact business. The affirmative vote of five members is required to approve the recommendations of the Commission regarding compensation.
