Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.140 - State officers may sell evidence of public indebtedness issued for services rendered.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.140 (2021)
All state officers shall have the right to sell or transfer any evidence of public indebtedness which may be issued according to law, for services rendered by them to the State, and legally and justly due.
