Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.125 - Restrictions upon payment of salary of appointive officer or employee when salary determined by law.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.125 (2021)
In cases where the salary of an appointive officer or employee is determined by law, such salary must not be paid unless a specific legislative appropriation of money or a specific legislative authorization for the expenditure of money is made or enacted for the department or agency.
