Chapter 265 - Incorporation and Disincorporation of Cities and Towns
NRS 265.130 - Appointment of trustees by county commissioners.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 265.130 (2021)
Whenever the board of county commissioners shall dissolve any corporation, the board may appoint three competent persons to act as trustees for the corporation so dissolved.
