Chapter 265 - Incorporation and Disincorporation of Cities and Towns
NRS 265.030 - Disincorporation to follow general election.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 265.030 (2021)
If the whole number of electors, residing within the limits of any incorporated city who cast ballots at any general election, is less than 150, that city is disincorporated from and after the 1st Monday in March next succeeding that general election.
