The board of county commissioners may enter into any contract, lease or other agreement or transaction appropriate to carry out the provisions of NRS 244A.669 to 244A.763, inclusive, even though it extends beyond their terms of office, without setting forth in detail in any notice the proposed terms or conditions thereof.
