Churchill County, with its western boundary fixed on the line of longitude 41°40¢ west, as established by DeGroot’s map of Nevada Territory, published in 1863, and with its other boundaries as established by law, is organized into a distinct county, with all the rights, privileges and immunities thereunto belonging.
