Chapter 218C - Legislators’ Retirement
NRS 218C.560 - Prohibition against applying forfeitures to increase benefits.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 218C.560 (2021)
Forfeitures must not be applied to increase the benefits any member would otherwise receive pursuant to the provisions governing the Legislators’ Retirement System as provided by section 401(a)(8) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 401(a)(8).
