Chapter 218A - Legislative Department Generally
NRS 218A.090 - "Special session" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 218A.090 (2021)
"Special session" means a special session of the Legislature convened by:
1. The members of the Legislature pursuant to Section 2A of Article 4 of the Nevada Constitution; or
2. The Governor pursuant to Section 9 of Article 5 of the Nevada Constitution.
