Chapter 213 - Pardons and Paroles; Remissions of Fines and Commutations of Punishments
NRS 213.615 - "Judicial program" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 213.615 (2021)
"Judicial program" means a program for reentry of prisoners and parolees into the community that is established in a judicial district pursuant to NRS 209.4883.
