NRS 211A.080 - Creation of department.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 211A.080 (2021)
The governing body of each county or city may create a department of alternative sentencing to provide a program of supervision for probationers and supervised releasees in accordance with any conditions imposed by the court.
