Chapter 118A - Landlord and Tenant: Dwellings
NRS 118A.140 - "Premises" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 118A.140 (2021)
"Premises" means a dwelling unit and the structure of which it is a part, facilities, furniture, utilities and appurtenances therein and grounds, areas and facilities held out for the use of tenants.
