Chapter 118A - Landlord and Tenant: Dwellings
NRS 118A.030 - "Abandoned property" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 118A.030 (2021)
"Abandoned property" means property which is left unattended on the premises after the termination of the tenancy, unless the owner of the property has expressed an intent to return for the property.
