Chapter 78A - Close Corporations
NRS 78A.100 - Annual meeting.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 78A.100 (2020)
A close corporation shall hold an annual meeting if one or more shareholders delivers a written notice to the corporation requesting a meeting. Upon receipt of a notice, the close corporation must hold a meeting within 30 days.
