Chapter 722 - Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets (Uniform Act)
NRS 722.100 - "Designated recipient" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 722.100 (2020)
"Designated recipient" means a person chosen by a user using an online tool to administer digital assets of the user.
