NRS 705.450 - Penalty for willful obstruction or delay of train.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 705.450 (2020)
Every person who shall willfully obstruct, hinder or delay the passage of any car lawfully operated upon any railway shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
