Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.7618 - "Performance-based rates" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7618 (2020)
"Performance-based rates" means rates that are set or adjusted based on the performance of an electric utility as determined by such performance metrics as the Commission may establish.
