Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.7336 - "Pre-operational reserve" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7336 (2020)
"Pre-operational reserve" means vacant land held for future energy generation or property in planning or under construction for future energy generation and intended for the creation of a future asset.
