Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.7332 - "Decommissioned" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7332 (2020)
"Decommissioned" means a surplus asset on which all operations have ceased and which has been cleared and environmentally remediated as necessary and which is ready for sale or disposal.
