NRS 704.7314 - "Emissions reduction and capacity replacement plan" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7314 (2020)
"Emissions reduction and capacity replacement plan" means a plan filed by an electric utility with the Commission pursuant to NRS 704.7316.
