Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.7312 - "Coal-fired electric generating plant" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.7312 (2020)
"Coal-fired electric generating plant" means an electric generating plant which burns coal to produce electricity and which is owned, in whole or in part, by an electric utility.
