Chapter 704 - Regulation of Public Utilities Generally
NRS 704.013 - "Fund to maintain the availability of telephone service" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 704.013 (2020)
"Fund to maintain the availability of telephone service" means the fund established by the Commission pursuant to NRS 704.040 to maintain the availability of telephone service.
