Chapter 701B - Renewable Energy Programs
NRS 701B.980 - "System efficiency project" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 701B.980 (2020)
"System efficiency project" means the development, construction, deployment, alteration or repair of any distributed generation system, energy storage system, smart grid technology, advanced battery system, microgrid system, fuel cell system or combined heat and power systems.
