Chapter 701B - Renewable Energy Programs
NRS 701B.057 - "Energy storage system" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2025.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 701B.057 (2020)

"Energy storage system" means commercially available technology that is capable of retaining energy, storing energy for a period of time and delivering the energy after storage, including, without limitation, by chemical, thermal or mechanical means.
