Chapter 695B - Nonprofit Corporations for Hospital, Medical and Dental Service
NRS 695B.259 - Medical service corporation may continue identical coverage in lieu of converting contract.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 695B.259 (2020)
The medical service corporation may continue coverage identical to that provided under the group contract instead of issuing a converted contract. Coverage may be offered by amending the group certificate or by issuing an individual contract and must otherwise comply with every requirement of NRS 695B.251 to 695B.259, inclusive.
