Chapter 695B - Nonprofit Corporations for Hospital, Medical and Dental Service
NRS 695B.258 - Extension of coverage under existing group contract.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 695B.258 (2020)
The medical service corporation may elect to extend coverage of a subscriber under the existing group contract for a period not to exceed 6 months following the day of the person’s eligibility for a converted contract if the conversion privilege is offered upon termination of the extended coverage under the group contract.
