Chapter 695B - Nonprofit Corporations for Hospital, Medical and Dental Service
NRS 695B.255 - Benefits exceeding those provided under group contract not required; exclusions and limitations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 695B.255 (2020)
A medical service corporation is not required to issue a converted contract which provides benefits in excess of those provided under the group contract from which conversion is made, and a converted contract may contain any exclusion or benefit limitation contained in the group contract.
