Chapter 695B - Nonprofit Corporations for Hospital, Medical and Dental Service
NRS 695B.197 - Reimbursement for treatment by licensed psychologist.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 695B.197 (2020)
If any contract for hospital or medical service provides coverage for treatment of an illness which is within the authorized scope of the practice of a qualified psychologist, the insured is entitled to reimbursement for treatments by a licensed psychologist.
