Chapter 690C - Service Contracts
NRS 690C.155 - Determination of controlling person.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690C.155 (2020)
A person is a controlling person of a provider if the person:
1. Is an officer of the provider; or
2. Possesses the authority to set the policy and direct the management of the business entity in connection with its service contract business.
