Chapter 690C - Service Contracts
NRS 690C.030 - "Consumer" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 690C.030 (2020)
"Consumer" means a person who purchases, other than for resale, goods used primarily for personal, family or household purposes and not for business or research purposes.
