Chapter 689A - Individual Health Insurance
NRS 689A.530 - "Governmental plan" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 689A.530 (2020)
"Governmental plan" has the meaning ascribed to it in section 3(32) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as that section existed on July 16, 1997, and any health plan of the Federal Government.
