Chapter 687A - Insurance Guaranty Association
NRS 687A.130 - Association tax exempt; exception.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 687A.130 (2020)
The Association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this State or any of its subdivisions, except taxes:
1. Levied on real or personal property; or
2. Imposed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 363A, 363B or 363C of NRS.
