Chapter 683A - Persons Involved in Sale or Administration of Insurance
NRS 683A.1885 - Restriction relating to advertising and representations by licensee. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 683A.1885 (2020)
A licensee shall not advertise, represent or otherwise hold itself or any of its employees out as a licensed insurer.
