Chapter 683A - Persons Involved in Sale or Administration of Insurance
NRS 683A.185 - Examination or education not required to receive or renew license. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 683A.185 (2020)
An applicant for, or holder of, a license issued pursuant to NRS 683A.1845 is not required to pass a written examination or meet any prelicensing education or continuing education requirements to receive or renew the license.
