Chapter 683A - Persons Involved in Sale or Administration of Insurance
NRS 683A.184 - Commissioner: Forms for application for initial licensure and renewal; fees for initial licensure and renewal. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 683A.184 (2020)
1. The Commissioner shall:
(a) Prescribe the forms for an owner to apply initially for a license and to renew a license; and
(b) Adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 683A.181 to 683A.189, inclusive.
2. The Commissioner may establish by regulation:
(a) An initial application fee to be paid by an applicant for the initial issuance of a license; and
(b) A renewal fee to be paid by a licensee for the renewal of the license.
