Chapter 681A - Kinds of Insurance; Limits on Risk; Reinsurance
NRS 681A.360 - "Reinsured" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 681A.360 (2020)
"Reinsured" means an insurer that has placed risks with a reinsurer in the process of buying reinsurance. The term includes a ceding insurer.
