Chapter 679B - Commissioner of Insurance
NRS 679B.520 - "Health care plan" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 679B.520 (2020)
"Health care plan" means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by an insurer to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.
