NRS 679B.420 - Employment of technical and professional consultants.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 679B.420 (2020)
The Commissioner may employ and fix the compensation of, and enter into agreements with, such technical and professional consultants as the Commissioner deems necessary to accomplish the purposes of NRS 679B.400 to 679B.460, inclusive.
