Chapter 667 - Liquidation and Reorganization
NRS 667.095 - Deposit of books, papers and records with Commissioner upon final liquidation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 667.095 (2020)
All books, papers and records of a bank which has been finally liquidated must be deposited by the receiver in the Office of the Commissioner.
