NRS 656.330 - Act or service authorized by chapter prerequisite to action for compensation for services.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 656.330 (2020)
No action or suit may be instituted, nor recovery therein be had, in any court of this state by any natural person or business entity for compensation for any act done or service rendered, the doing or rendering of which is prohibited under the provisions of this chapter.
