NRS 656.140 - Authority of Board to aid profession.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 656.140 (2020)
The Board may aid in all matters pertaining to the advancement of the practice of court reporting, including but not limited to all matters that may advance the professional interests of certified court reporters and licensees and such matters as concern their relations with the public.
