Chapter 645B - Mortgage Companies and Mortgage Loan Originators
NRS 645B.405 - License as mortgage loan originator required for mortgage company or qualified employee who engages in or supervises a mortgage loan originator who engages in activities as residential mortgage loan originator. [Effective January 1, 2020.]

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 645B.405 (2020)

A mortgage company or qualified employee who wishes to engage in activities as a residential mortgage loan originator or to supervise a mortgage loan originator who engages in activities as a residential mortgage loan originator must obtain and maintain a license as a mortgage loan originator pursuant to the provisions of NRS 645B.400 to 645B.460, inclusive.
