Chapter 645B - Mortgage Companies and Mortgage Loan Originators
NRS 645B.0149 - Inapplicability to wholesale lender who only funds or purchases commercial mortgage loans. [Effective January 1, 2020.]

The provisions of this chapter do not apply to a wholesale lender who only funds or purchases commercial mortgage loans.
